Great first experience, not so much the second time. I came in to upgrade my car to something bigger. I drove some CRVs and picked one that I liked. Everything went pretty quick and decent until the day I came in to upgrade my car to something bigger. I drove some CRVs and picked one that I liked. Everything went pretty quick and decent until the day after. I was told I could pick the car up the next day, and then the next day I was then told it would be another day. The car needed some work done to it also. I paid to have this car certified, it didn’t have floor mats, the brakes were and still are grinding in the back, it was rumbling on the highway/veering to the left, and the windshield was chipped. I set up an appointment to come in and have this all fixed. I come on that day that they told me to come and they tell me I have to come back 3-4 days later because they need to make another appointment to replace the windshield. I go back a few days later to drop this car off to get the work done. We went over what was supposed to be fixed. The service manager also told me that he would be there to talk to and he wasn’t there. They provided me with THE WORST rental I had ever seen in my life. It was covered in dog hair, cigarette burns in the seats, extremely loud when it was running, not vacuumed, and the tail light/blinker was either out or just about to blow out. They told me it had a half a tank of gas, when I got in, it was a quarter tank of gas. I picked up my car the next day, they said that everything was all set. They didn’t replace the windshield but filled in the hole that was in there and you can still see it... the brakes are also still grinding. I would call the guys back but I’m just so tired of dealing with them that I’d rather just go pay for it to be fixed somewhere else. I had bought a car there before and everything was excellent, no issues. This time, not so much. UPDATE: Brady and sales manager Waleed contacted me next day and made sure everything got fixed appropriately. Gave me a better rental and delivered my car to me when it was finished. Also checked on everything the next day to find out how everything is running. Much better. More

Kim was AMAZING, answering every single question and going to bat for me to beat an offer from another dealership. Marcel was great too, he took us for a test drive and explained the features of the car and was extremely pleasant. Walleed was also great, I had a question that needed his approval and he came right over. I am in a situation where I can’t take delivery of the vehicle right this moment. I explained my situation to him, and he was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family. They’ve made both transactions I’ve had there pleasant. I would definitely use them in the future. More
