Great Sales Team, Good Prices ! So this was the 2nd dealership I had visited in one day. The previous dealership had left me with a very sour taste in my mouth. My vehicle was not re So this was the 2nd dealership I had visited in one day. The previous dealership had left me with a very sour taste in my mouth. My vehicle was not ready for a test drive and there were no sales people available for me, even though I made an appt. the day before. Colonial was the complete opposite. I called and spoke to Andrew, Internet Sales, and told him I would like to come down for a visit. Even though I only gave him about 30 minutes to prepare for me, he set me up immediately with my salesman, Alex. The vehicle I wanted to look at was pulled up front within the first 5 minutes of arriving. The test drive went great with Alex being very knowledgeable about the Honda Odyssey and Honda in general. He was not in the least bit pushy about anything and I actually asked him to look at 3 different vehicles so that I could see the colors and interiors and not just in a pamphlet. He had no problem bringing the vehicles to the dealership from another satellite lot down the street. I ended up getting a good price on the new vehicle as well as a fair price on my trade-in. The negotiation was very easy and effortless. Alex has contacted me at least 4 times since my purchase to see if I had any questions and to just see how things are going with the new vehicle.
