I have gone to this dealership for the past 6 years both for service and recently to lease my 4th Infinity. Sue Cardoso in service is phenomenal in getting me a quick appointment and excellent service for for service and recently to lease my 4th Infinity. Sue Cardoso in service is phenomenal in getting me a quick appointment and excellent service for my car. She is always bubbly, friendly, and extremely helpful. Terry Flaten has been my salesman for the last 2 cars and has always made the transaction easy and stress free. I looked for a used car for two years. Infiniti was my dealer and service rep for my 1994 Infiniti G20 but I wanted to check out the competition. I tried several cars and dealerships. I couldn't decide. I dealer and service rep for my 1994 Infiniti G20 but I wanted to check out the competition. I tried several cars and dealerships. I couldn't decide. I called Allie and said I wanted a used Infiniti and she gave Terry. Together, my husband and I went to see the car Terry picked. It had so many bells and whistles, looked new (it was 5 years old) and great pickup (G35X). I appreciated his attention to detail as I could not find the large car guide that the small car guide mentions. I found it in the trunk, attached to the wall eventually but Terry found me another one anyway. When I took my car , now named 'Storm' , in for oil change, service found it needed rear brakes and rear tires. The manager totally paid for that without me saying one word! How could they not get a five? Friendly, hard working, sensitive, knowledgeable, that's my team. Winners! More

I am always received as a friend and they treat me accordingly. I had to have a side mirror cover replaced. They had the part in stock but had to send it out to be painted (bright red) and thought it accordingly. I had to have a side mirror cover replaced. They had the part in stock but had to send it out to be painted (bright red) and thought it might take 3 days.I mentioned I was lost without the side mirror for safe driving and lo and behold they had it ready the next day. More

My husband and I bought our Infinities here a few years ago and could not be happier with our service. We have worked with Allie and Walter who are wonderful and these last couple of years we have worke ago and could not be happier with our service. We have worked with Allie and Walter who are wonderful and these last couple of years we have worked mostly with Sue. We cannot say enough about how personable, knowledgable and accomodating she is. We have consistenly recieved service that exceeds our expectations. We don't often have service requirements other than routine maintenance but when we do require it the job is well done, and done quickly. It has been a pleasure doing business with the team and we will purchase our next Infinitis here for sure. More

This is my third car bought from the dealership. I have had 2 G models and I just purchased a M35x model. Terry Flaten was very kind, warm, patient, and understanding of my needs.
