I want to give a HUGE shout out to all the folks @ Nimnicht Chevrolet! Especially to Major and Walt! These guys are the best at what they do! Major, who is a very good friend, and an amazing employ Nimnicht Chevrolet! Especially to Major and Walt! These guys are the best at what they do! Major, who is a very good friend, and an amazing employee for Nimnicht, put me in touch with Walt so I could get an appraisal on my 2022 High Country Pick Up Truck. Major knew my concerns and apprehension regarding making a trade and he knew just who to connect me with. Walt is kind, positive, knowledgeable and actively listened to my concerns and what I needed. After the appraisal, he found EXACTLY what I wanted and saw the process through to the end of the purchase, answering any questions I had with patience and searching out the answers if he didn't have it right then. I could not have asked for a better experience at this dealership. Walt is GREAT at customer service and I consider him a friend for life. He was just that helpful and kind. Never at any time did I feel like he was insincere or just out for the sell of a vehicle. Fabian was very helpful with making me familiar with the inside of the vehicle and all of the programs and how they work. BOOM! More
