When you have the general manager of this dealership, Ward, tell you “I don’t have to help you” when you’re frustrated about an ongoing problem is just outrageous. And blaming GM for not getting the parts I needed for 2 months when they are already on the shelf is just ridiculous. Don’t be fooled with the advertising. They don’t care about their customers. This place needs a management overhaul. I’ve been in leadership for over 30 years and this kind of bad customer experience starts from the top and my conversation with the general manager, Ward, only proved this. Good luck to anyone who does business with this dealership and has a problem.

Sorry, that is incorrect, I have had to call over and over for updates because no one would reach out. When I called this last time I was once again told my part wasn’t in. That’s when I reached out your general manager out of frustration and was told he didn’t have to help me. It’s only because I made a big deal about this that I got a call back from the service advisor telling me my part that was ordered for me wasn’t in but they received a stock of parts that are on the shelf in the parts department that they can use to fix my truck. I don’t know how long they have been sitting on the shelf and never said the parts were there for two months. What I do know is that my truck still wouldn’t be fixed if I had not escalated it and this has been the experience over and over again with this dealership.
