1- I was offered 11000 for my trade, all other dealerships had offered 12000, I told salesman and it was agreed 12000 and then to my surprise I noticed on my paperwork after a few days (my fault f dealerships had offered 12000, I told salesman and it was agreed 12000 and then to my surprise I noticed on my paperwork after a few days (my fault for not reviewing closely) your people put 11500. 2-The truck detailing was not good, I went back a 2nd time to have the truck re-detailed - because I spent 700 on ceramic coating, if the detail job was poor - the ceramic coating would be too. THe 2nd detailing left spot and smears again. I spoke to the person detailing the 2nd time, he stated he was not re-coating the truck because it was already done, it was agreed the entire truck would be re-detailed and ceramic coated. My wife was with me the first time to witness the statements and trade agreement, my brother in law was with me the 2nd time as witness to the statement made by the detail - coating employee. Salesperson was knowledgeable, but seemed to be upset when I challenged the re-detailing statement after speaking with the employee. To say the least I feel I was taken advantage of with the trade pricing and was very disappointed with the detailing and ceramic coating of the vehicle after paying 700 for the coating. More
