Not flexible on price. I havePurchased Service personnel not too friendly. Especially the service manager. Service was over priced. This was the second time Wayne Calabretta was available to test drive a Nautilus with us. This time the color and engine we were looking for was available. We picked up the new car the next day. Fifth Lincoln I fell in love with Lincolns and Irwin since my 2008 MKX. I have since had 3 MKZs and just leased a 2019 MKC on April 30,2019. The sales staff and se I fell in love with Lincolns and Irwin since my 2008 MKX. I have since had 3 MKZs and just leased a 2019 MKC on April 30,2019. The sales staff and service department are wonderful and with the concierge service I feel like royalty. I definitely will be back again in 2023! More
