Cool Air is now flowing I took my 2016 Acadia in to Bocker because the air conditioner was not putting out cold air. They needed to order a part and kept the car overnight w I took my 2016 Acadia in to Bocker because the air conditioner was not putting out cold air. They needed to order a part and kept the car overnight which was just fine. In the morning when the part came in they called me and asked for the locking lug nut tool that would allow them to remove one of the front tires so they could change the part. They couldn't find it in the car where it was supposed to be so I called the dealer where I bought the car and asked them if they had it because I had just recently purchased the car. No such luck. I told Wayne to remove the wheel any way they could and was told that the removal would not be warranted which I kind of knew. About 2 hours later I did fine the tool in my garage, called Wayne but I was too late, the locking lug nuts were all off. Wayne was great to work with and knew my pain. Picked up the car later on and now have very cold air so I'm a happy camper. Sorry to Wayne and Bocker for my screw up but it is what it is. I would highly recommend Bocker, Wayne, and the service center to any and all friends and will surely come back should the need arise. More
