They try their best and did a good job and working with me in my financial situation and we’re able to come up to a deal after the second time. The paperwork aspect got a little jumbled up and created a snafu a couple times as the accounting department lost paperwork and we’re still delayed on making a payment towards the previous bank for my trade-in. So organization and professionally processing payments and paperwork shows a need for improvement. More
