I purchased a Lamborghini Huracán from them, and from the beginning, there were several issues with the vehicle, including a nonfunctioning display screen. These issues were discussed before the purchase, and the dealership signed a “We Owe” agreement promising to take care of the repairs. Fast-forward, and now they’re backpedaling on their commitments and trying to avoid paying for repairs they agreed to cover. To make matters worse, the repair shop spent time attempting to resolve the issue, and the dealership hasn’t even paid the technician for his labor. It’s absolutely ridiculous that a dealership selling six-figure exotic vehicles can’t stand behind a written agreement or take responsibility for what they promised their customer. A dealership is only as good as its word, and unfortunately, Lokey Nissan’s word doesn’t seem to mean much. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and money. If you’re in the market for an exotic car, do yourself a favor and go to a reputable exotic dealership that understands these vehicles and stands behind what they sell. I would NEVER purchase another vehicle from Lokey Nissan. More

After having an oil change here within 1 week there was oil splatter under my car. I went to another garage and they identified the oil filter was not tightened correctly. Went in to view a vehicle listed at 32,077. I called days ahead and was told the OTD would be around 35k OTD. I went in (drove over an hour) to make the purchase and the price jumped to 46k OTD I called days ahead and was told the OTD would be around 35k OTD. I went in (drove over an hour) to make the purchase and the price jumped to 46k OTD. That is 14k in fees. My mind was literally blown. I let them know what I was told and they countered with 39k OTD. So now just 7k in added fees. Obviously I was still not satisfied and had been lied to. I've had some bad dealership experiences. Most of us have. This one pulled a bait and switch like no other. I've never been so disrespected in my entire life. I left a Google review and around 9pm at night the sales manager (Ilan) called me cussing me out. He told me he was going to negatively review my business. Terrible experience. More
