We found out just an hour before we left that the Lincoln dealership closed at 6p, and we thought they closed at 8. well Wayne stayed around way after he should have been home to help us and show us the car that we were hoping to purchase. It turned out to be a perfect match all the way around. We left a deposit in hopes that we would be able to pick ithe car up the following weekend. Also, it needed a few things adjusted. Three days later we returned for the car and to do all the paperwork. All of those little details had been attended to quickly and everything was perfect. Wayne was efficient, friendly helpful and VERY professional. We thank him for staying around VERY late that one evening and answering all of our questions as well as taking us out for a long drive. And he KNOWS his product. We had been to other dealerships where the salesmen didn't even know what they were selling!! It was refreshing to deal with a real professional. Thank you Cortese, and Wayne for all that you do!! More

My late husband would bring a car home from a dealership for us to test drive for a couple days. Ten years ago he chose a 2002 Lincoln Town Car over a 2003 Cadillac from another dealership. The reason for his choice was Wayne Rainey. Now, I reluctantly decided to trade in that reliable car since the mileage was well over 100,000 miles. I went back to Cortese in search of a certified Lincoln MKS and more importantly in search of Wayne Rainey. Wayne was the first person I saw as I walked through the door 10 years later. He was still as helpful, knowledgeable, patient, up-beat, and trustworthy as ever. Since I am a Florida resident, much more paperwork was required. He helped me fill out the forms, went through the checklist and had the forms notarized through the Cortese offices. He was patience personified in teaching me, and setting up, all the bells and whistles of the highly computerized MKS. I love my car and truly appreciate the help and special care from Wayne Rainey. More

I ordered a 2014 Mustang and had to wait three months but I was kept in the loop as to its status and when it arrived Wayne was excellent it completing the deal and knowledge of the car was terrific. I had a great experience buying a car from Cortese Ford. Wayne Rainey was my sales consultant, he was very friendly and did everything he could to get me the best price with all the incentives he could get Wayne Rainey was my sales consultant, he was very friendly and did everything he could to get me the best price with all the incentives he could get for me and the best financing. The final cost was much lower than comparable vehicles at other dealers. When a clerical error was made with my tax (I live in a different county with a different rate) the management took the difference and gave me a discount on my extended warranty. The car wasn't ready to leave the lot yet so I went out to dinner, came back, signed my paper work, and the car was ready to go washed and with a full tank. Wayne got me setup on Ford Sync with my online account and with bluetooth on my phone. It was a great first time car buying experience, thanks to Wayne, the financing team, and the excellent management. More

Lincoln has out done themselves with the new design of the MKZ!! It is SPECTACULAR!!! I fall in love with my car all over again when I drive it. This is my 3rd Lincoln MKZ lease.
