Working with Charlie at BMW Allentown was the best interaction I have had a car dealer in my lifetime. It was refreshing that they did everything agreed upon, let me know the status of the work order interaction I have had a car dealer in my lifetime. It was refreshing that they did everything agreed upon, let me know the status of the work order as it progressed and offered a discount for getting everything done at once. As a 40 year veteran of the truck and auto industry, I’ve seen my fair share of dealerships and this one has their act together. Kudos to Web and Charlie, they run a solid service department. I recommend them. More

I had several issues and was initially very disappointed and would recommend Daniels. Web Lingle changed the way I looked at Daniels BMW. He took care of all my car problems and exceeded the level of customer satisfaction that i could expect.
