This was my first new vehicle purchase, and Wendall made the whole process a breeze! When we first stopped into Sport Subaru, I was shopping around and wasn’t really sure what I was looking to purchase. Wen the whole process a breeze! When we first stopped into Sport Subaru, I was shopping around and wasn’t really sure what I was looking to purchase. Wendall was very understanding, informative, and not at all pushy. As a first time buyer, I felt very much at ease and not at all pushed into buying. Despite the shortage of new vehicles on the lot, Wendall suggested I test drive an older model, and when I was ready to buy, he went above and beyond to ensure my Crosstrek was everything I was hoping for. Wendall has been fantastic to work with and I will certainly recommend him and Sport Subaru to friends and family. More

Wendell’s approach is wonderful and not pushy. I stopped by to see a car and as a woman I have my guard up. He was very kind and let me know there was no pressure. Wendell was great. I was looking at several other brands / models and I let him know from the beginning what I was looking for in the vehicle I was going to buy and he I was looking at several other brands / models and I let him know from the beginning what I was looking for in the vehicle I was going to buy and he found me just what I was looking for. It was missing some key items that were important to me, like a trailer hitch, but Wendell was able to work with the service department (also awesome!) to find and install the part I needed. During the buying process, Wendell kept in touch with me and understood that I was "shopping" other brands and was supportive of my search and was happy to answer comparison questions that I had. The final decision came down to price and availability. Wendell was able to help me with the price, and he worked really hard to do this, and since they had the vehicle that met my needs in stock we were able to work out the details and close the deal. I say "deal" not because that was all I was to them, but because I feel like I really did, with Wendell's help, get a "deal". I have to be honest, that I am a little concerned that the dealership is splitting up into two separate brands and that I may have service issues in the future, but Wendell assured me that even though they would have separate locations that I could count on them in the future to service my new vehicle. Overall the buying process was pretty painless, but as you might expect took several hours to complete. In fairness, quite a bit of that time was arranging a schedule with the service department and waiting for management to "get" to my paperwork. I don't think this was anything unusual, just worth noting. When I was done with the paperwork, Wendell made sure that I was familiarized with the vehicle prior to leaving the dealership and took the time to install the app on my phone (which isn't great by the way), and to answer all my questions which as you know, you really don't have any until you drive the vehicle for a few days. Wendell must have known this because he called me a few days later and asked if I had any questions, which I did, and he took the time to answer them which I thought was a nice customer service touch. Would I do it over again? I think so. There are some things that you learn about "after the sale" that maybe would have changed your mind about buying the vehicle, but none of them have to do with the buying process or the dealership which I feel was very fair and respectful. Wendell was great, and I don't say that often, as I believe that I am a difficult customer and Wendell had to work hard to earn my business which he did! More
