I have been going to Longo Toyota for two years and my experiences have always been great, so I was shocked by how terrible my visit was today. I normally come in for simple services like oil changes, and experiences have always been great, so I was shocked by how terrible my visit was today. I normally come in for simple services like oil changes, and services usually take about an hour. Instead, I ended up waiting 2.5 hours for something that has never taken this long. I worked with Wendy, and she was extremely rude and unhelpful from the start. She told me I was already on my last oil change even though I have a 3 year membership and it has only been two years. Every time I tried to ask a question, she acted like I was bothering her. I felt frustrated and dismissed the entire time. When I finally asked another staff member for help because she was not assisting me, she suddenly said my car was ready. It felt like she was intentionally prolonging the process. Her attitude completely ruined my visit. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at Longo Toyota. More

Longo is the best and my service manager was extremely helpful and made sure my 4-Runner was ready to go when I was - Wendy rocks! I actually felt like she heard and saw me and listened to my concerns bet helpful and made sure my 4-Runner was ready to go when I was - Wendy rocks!
