My name is Wendy Nelson. I grew up in a small town, Deep River that has a population of about the size of our dealership. I graduated from High school in Montezuma. I then attended and graduated from the U of I. After I graduated I got a job selling cars at a dealership in Iowa City. Low and behold I ended up here at Cedar Rapids Toyota doing financing. It is hard to believe that I have worked for such a great co now for so many years. Not sure where all that time has gone. It doesn’t seem possible. The best part about going to work every day is that I truly love what I do and the people that I get to work with. Every customer is different and has different needs. Finally, what car buying was meant to be like! Went looking at cars with my wife a couple of weeks ago. Stopped in to Cedar Rapids Toyota and met Alan Makabi. Not your typical car salesman. He does Went looking at cars with my wife a couple of weeks ago. Stopped in to Cedar Rapids Toyota and met Alan Makabi. Not your typical car salesman. He doesn't sell you a car or monthly payment. Nope. He just asks what you're looking for and then lets you sell yourself on the car. It's that simple. He even spent his own time searching for the exact model we wanted. We ended up leasing a Highlander XLE this time around. Wendy Nelson even made the financing easy peezy. And, I guarantee we'll be back to see Alan again for another one in 36 short months! Too bad I can only give these folk just 5 stars. Alan Makabi, Wendy Nelson, and CR Toyota are the perfect example of what buying or leasing a car should be like! More

Absolutely perfect from start to finish! Terry Helgeson was so informative, kind & understanding of my situation with my trade-in while making the best possible solution with my new Toyota Corolla. He continues to assure me that he is only a call away for any questions or concerns. Wendy Nelson in financial is knowledgeable and caring while treating me with the utmost professionalism! Salesman Wyatt Snodgrass I am very pleased with my new Toyota Rav! I was quite impressed with my salesperson Wyatt Snodgrass. Wyatt took time to show me many Ravs (new & used) I am very pleased with my new Toyota Rav! I was quite impressed with my salesperson Wyatt Snodgrass. Wyatt took time to show me many Ravs (new & used) and answered all my questions. Wyatt is a good listener and was quite patient explaining how all the new audio & technology worked in my new Rav. I did not feel any pressure from Wyatt to purchase a vehicle! I felt blessed to have a helpful salesperson wth a great personality! More

Good, better and the best!!!!! I have spent a couple of years looking at trading in my Prius, and spent some time last year talking to Spencer and decided last year that I would wai I have spent a couple of years looking at trading in my Prius, and spent some time last year talking to Spencer and decided last year that I would wait for another year. I was so impressed with Spencer, he was so kind and not at all pushy! Then this year, I was watching on line what was avaliable and saw what I wanted. I came in and ask for Spencer and within an hour I was ready to purchase the Rav4, I must admit that I had some special requests and he assisted me with them all.!!! That same day I met with Wendy who was also "the tops" and she had my paperwork done very quickly, and I was on my way. She was wonderful, fun to work with and very friendly. Came back on Friday and got my car and all went well. So five stars to Spencer and Wendy. I do not like the Web site, all the pop ups are very irritating, at times I could not even read about the cars because of a pop up telling me I could talk to someone now!! Plus numerous pop ups while I was looking, I would not even give it one star!! More
