The service was superior every step of the way from 1) the initial view of the vehicle, 2) the test drive, 3) the financing with Toyota Financial, and 4) the final overview of the vehicle before we drove it off the lot. Overall I received undivided personal attention from the Toyota team. I have bought many new and used cars from various dealerships in the area, and the experience with Cedar Rapids Toyota was by far the most outstanding car buying experience I've ever had. THANK YOU so much to Wendy for assisting with financing, and to Beckah for the exquisite overview of the truck before we took it home. I was extremely impressed with the process used by Toyota Financial and with Bekah for hooking up my smart phone to the Toyota Entune system. I was not really wanting to get rid of our current car but my husband convinced me to just look. After meeting with Alan and walking through all of the features I was sold. We felt like Alan was genuine and really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with our new purchase. Wendy also did a fantastic job of explaining everything to us and I never felt like she was trying to push us into anything. This is our first Toyota but I have a feeling it definitely won't be our last! More

Top Notch! My husband and I have been looking for a couple of years at purchasing a different vehicle for me. My husband was out of state so I felt odd looking at vehicles without him. I took my son along to Toyota. Spencer Reed was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He even stayed late in assisting me with looking at RAV4's new and used. I had originally spoke with the Honda dealership and was seriously considering purchasing a CRV. After spending time with Spencer discussing the RAV4 and test driving it I changed my mind. We've owned a Sienna for 15 years and loved this vehicle. Toyota's are know for reliability. The service I received from Spencer at Toyota was top notch (no comparison to the Honda dealership). My husband and I purchased a 2017 RAV4 and absolutely LOVE this vehicle. The day we picked up our RAV4 Spencer couldn't be there so Alan assisted us. Alan was an amazing salesperson as well. He programmed things into the RAV4 and showed my husband all the features of the RAV4. Alan even took our picture beside our new vehicle with a bow on it! Kudo's to Spencer and Alan!! I dealt with Wendy in financing and Curt stepped in for Wendy the day we picked up our RAV4. Both were excellent at their jobs. Every time I drive my new RAV4 I find more and more reasons that I made the right decision. Outstanding job Spencer! More
