My name is Wendy Nelson. I grew up in a small town, Deep River that has a population of about the size of our dealership. I graduated from High school in Montezuma. I then attended and graduated from the U of I. After I graduated I got a job selling cars at a dealership in Iowa City. Low and behold I ended up here at Cedar Rapids Toyota doing financing. It is hard to believe that I have worked for such a great co now for so many years. Not sure where all that time has gone. It doesn’t seem possible. The best part about going to work every day is that I truly love what I do and the people that I get to work with. Every customer is different and has different needs. Worth driving 350 miles for a great deal I bought a used truck sight unseen, and drove 350 miles to pick it up. Upon arrival, I found the truck waiting for me just as described, down to the I bought a used truck sight unseen, and drove 350 miles to pick it up. Upon arrival, I found the truck waiting for me just as described, down to the single rock chip on the hood that my salesman had described on the phone. The sales and F&I staff had me through a test drive and headed back home in maybe an hour. The title followed in the mail two days later. The pricing, the vehicle, and the people all were amazing. This transaction was worth driving across two states! More

Outstanding Experience I have worked with Alan on my last 2 toyota purchases and have been very happy with his level of customer service and getting to know him on a persona I have worked with Alan on my last 2 toyota purchases and have been very happy with his level of customer service and getting to know him on a personal level over the last 5 years. When our company decided to buy 2 new vehicles I never questioned where and who to buy from...Cedar Rapids Toyota and Alan Makabi. He was in tune to our business needs and how the cars would be used. We drive many miles each year so we went with the Avalon Hybrids. I love the new ride to work each day! Best Car Buying Experience Ever!! My husband and I have been looking at cars for a couple months. Terry and Wendy were wonderful to work with!! Terry took care of everything we neede My husband and I have been looking at cars for a couple months. Terry and Wendy were wonderful to work with!! Terry took care of everything we needed before we got there. We looked at 4 or 5 vehicles and picked our car and did a test drive. We wanted the car, but had to get back to work. Terry took our deposit check and told me to fill out the pre-certification online. When I came back, Wendy had all the paperwork prepared and ready to sign. She was SO friendly!! After taking care of all the purchasing, Terry stayed late to train me on some of the navigation features. We were not able to get through everything, but Terry made it clear that I was welcome to stop back at anytime. I would come back to Toyota for every car after we had this experience. More
