Terry took care of everything we needed before we got there. We looked at 4 or 5 vehicles and picked our car and did a test drive. We wanted the car, but had to get back to work. Terry took our deposit check and told me to fill out the pre-certification online. When I came back, Wendy had all the paperwork prepared and ready to sign. She was SO friendly!! After taking care of all the purchasing, Terry stayed late to train me on some of the navigation features. We were not able to get through everything, but Terry made it clear that I was welcome to stop back at anytime. I would come back to Toyota for every car after we had this experience. More
