I found a good candidate vehicle with a complete service history on CARFAX, and was pleased that the dealer sponsored the CARFAX report. I had some questions and a couple of minor concerns. The sales person, Alan Makabi, addressed my concerns and answered my questions. He took the time to research a couple of things and we made the deal. All in all a great experience. We have our VW Jetta Sportwagon serviced at the VW side and today they also serviced my Nissan Murano because I could not get into the Nissan dealer for service until after the New Year. I would recommend Alan, Wendy Nelson in finance was great to work with too. More

From GM Products to Toyota I was online and noticed a truck I was interested in. Sent in my email address, and within 24 hours had a response back from Alan. This was on a Sun I was online and noticed a truck I was interested in. Sent in my email address, and within 24 hours had a response back from Alan. This was on a Sunday. I was so impressed with Alan and ended going to Toyota a couple days later. What a professional, Alan was very easy to work with, showed me a truck, let me take it for a drive, and came back with a excellent offer on my truck. At that point the deal was struck. The next excellent experience was working with Wendy, very professional and really explained everything pertaining to Toyota, the truck and the Company. I am so pleased with these two people, and the dealership, I would highly recommend them to anyone. And I will be back. Thanks Alan and Wendy for making my Christmas Merry. Bill More

Awesome Atmosphere I recently stopped into Cedar Rapids Toyota to get a new car and I am so glad that I did! Recently Purchased a 2015 Highlander My wife and I recently ordered and received a 2015 Highlander from Cedar Rapids Toyota. We had bought 3 cars from them in the past, and knew they were great to work with. My family has worked with Terry Helgeson for quite a while, and he is always great to deal with. He is never pushy, he lets the products sell themselves. Wendy Nelson in finance was great to work with yet again as well. She makes going through paperwork fun, which is not easy to do.
