Highlander Purchase We had returned to look and possibly purchase a new car. We went back to Terry from whom we had purchases a Highlander in the past. We were treated with respect, all questions we had were answered fully to our understanding and as a consequence we purchased a new Avalon and Highlander. When picking up the Highlander, Wendy completed the paperwork which was very thorough and was done in a business and friendly manner. Terry then proceeded to introduce us to the Highlander and its many functions. He suggested, that for the initial orientation, that we write down questions, make an appointment and come back for answers and more information about the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Terry and the dealership for anyone wishing to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

I'm from WI and our Toyota dealership was not ge I contacted CR Toyota by phone to check to see if they were getting in a 2015 Toyota Tacoma TRD PRO. I'm from WI and our Toyota dealership was not getting one in, so needed to go to a different dealership. Kory at CR Toyota was the sales person I dealt with. He was very professional and easy to work with. We corresponded for 2 month over e-mail and phone, to coordinate the delivery of my 2015 TRD PRO. When the truck finally came in I set up financing over the phone and online and when I came to pick up the truck all paperwork was done already. It was one of the easiest auto purchases I've ever made. They were willing to work with me on my trade-in and the purchase went flawlessly. I have never made a purchase on a vehicle this big before so I was very nervous. Gene made me feel comfortable and didn't pressure me to do anything. I had questions on the vehicle and Gene did everything to make sure the vehicle was safe and ready for me and my 3 children to be safe and comfortable. I feel like I will be buying many more vehicles from this dealership because of Gene, Wendy and the rest of the staff. Wendy was also great and helpful with all the details of the financing. She knows her job very well and it shows in her performance. I hope that Gene and Wendy are still working at Toyota when I decide to buy my next car for my family as I don't foresee myself going anywhere else. More
