I first called Herlong by phone when I was searching for a particular vehicle and spoke to Meredith Few by phone. She did all the research including calling the seller before I arrived and I gave them about a hour lead time. The vehicle I test drove did not work so by the time I got back from test drive Meredith had another vehicle waiting for me, the 4Runner which is what I ended up purchasing. Meredith Few and Wes Herlong were fair, honest and upfront thru the entire process. After the vehicle inspection they replaced the front and back brakes without hesitation. My car buying experience has never been handled so professionally and I consider myself an experienced and successful career woman. Bottom line, if you want courteous, professional service and fair pricing it is worth the call and trip to Herlong Ford at 775 Augusta RD., Edgefield SC even if may not be a Ford you are looking for. They gave me a fair trade in price for my 2010 Ford Escape. I would recommend Meredith and Wes to my family and friends without hesitation! More

I've purchased over 30,000 vehicles in my job as a fleet manager, and I do not want any see-saw time wasting negotiations. I also want a dealership that I feel can provide service in a timely manner done correctly the first time. Herlong Ford was a great experience. I have already advised my sister-in-law to go there first when she is ready for a new truck. I will also recommend Herlong to anyone that asks me for a recommendation. I am sure I will enjoy my new Escape for a long time, and when I decide on a new truck, Herlong will be my first stop. More
