I just purchased a 2013 Dodge Journey Crew from Carl Burger. It was one of the best purchasing experiences I have ever had. I used Dealer Rater to choose the dealership and the salesman. Eric Cermeno Burger. It was one of the best purchasing experiences I have ever had. I used Dealer Rater to choose the dealership and the salesman. Eric Cermeno has excellent ratings and he lives up to his reputation. He made the experience as easy as buying a new car could be. I was worried that using the Chrysler Employee Purchase Program combined with ordering a car from the factory would cause problems. Eric made it easy. He was up front, honest and provided "top shelf" customer service. He kept us informed of the car's progress as it was being built and had it ready within hours of being delivered. He ensured we got every rebate we were eligible for. Can't say enough good things about Eric! We did the financing paperwork with Wes Kachi. Again, extremely friendly, made the process easy, and was focused on customer service. As many are aware, the financing department is where the dealership tries to sell you the "extras". Warranty, alarm system, comprehensive maintenance packages, etc. Wes explained the things that were available, made some recommendations, and did a great job of reading our body language and easing off when it was clear we weren't interested. I never felt over pressured or the "hard sell", which was refreshing. Wes was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and had us in and out quickly. Carl Burger is a great dealership. I place a lot of value in the fact that they are very active on Dealer Rater. It shows they have confidence in what their customers are going to say about the dealership and should give customers a feeling that they aren't trying to hide anything. In today's economy, good customer service is becoming a thing of the past. Not true at Carl Burger. The entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Eric and Wes were a pleasure to work with. I will absolutely go back to Carl Burger and recommend you do the same if you are in the market for a new car. More

I rated our overall experience as great because that was the highest level it would allow. If there was another step higher I would have chosen that one. The reason for this is that Jeff “Gibson” Henderson, our sales consultant, made our car buying experience very easy. My husband and I recently purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 4X4 from Carl Burgers Dodge. Gibson, was able to get us the exact vehicle we wanted at an incredible price. We had previously looked at a truck at another Dodge dealership and were quoted a price that ended up being higher than the overall cost of our vehicle with a warranty included. Gibson is definitely an exceptional sales consultant and extremely trustworthy. He did all the work and my husband is now enjoying the spoils. The Dodge Ram was for him. Since Gibson made our vehicle buying experience so effortless, we gave him another challenge a week later. To find me a 2013 Dodge Journey, with almost every option available, at an amazing price. Not only did he live up to the challenge, he excelled at it. I got all the options I requested and it was the color I wanted. Once again, the overall cost of my vehicle with a warranty included, was less than another Dodge dealerships quoted price. This time I am enjoying the spoils. I love this car. Not only was our car buying experience great, but the financing manager Wes Kachi, worked wonders to get us financed at a better rate than our bank had previously given us. The financing process was streamlined for our ease and went by quicker than any other car buying we have had before. I highly recommend this dealership. The staff here made us feel at ease and confident about our decision to purchase. We will definitely buy from Gibson and this dealership again. More

Went there looking for a used, commuter friendly car. Found a 2006 corolla resonably priced. We were greeted by someone before we even parked the car. They directed us where to park and our salesperson, Javier, was very friendly. He did not put a lot of pressure on us, made us feel comfortable taking as much time as we needed and we were able to ask plenty of questions. We took our car out for a test drive and he allowed both my wife and I to drive. Once we decided on the car, we went in to sit in the nice open airy showroom. There was lots of natural light and we were offered drinks and snacks while we waited. Sometimes though the wait time between negotiating the price was long. We were eventually able to get to a price point that we would all be happy with. The finance office was pretty small for our taste (a little claustrophobic) but Wes in the finance department was very helpful and took the time to explain everything to us without making us feel rushed. He also allowed us time to make decisions on warranties and went above and beyond negotiating the best rate and options for us. Upon leaving the dealership the salesmen showed us how to sync our iPhones to the unconnect system. We left feeling satisfied and happy with our purchase. More

I would recommend this dealership. Eric Cermeno and I had been playing email/voicemail tag for a few days. We set up an appointment so I could go check out some cars. I wanted to know if I qualified for a car. When I met Eric, I was a bit surprised. He was very personable. He seemed down to Earth and I felt comfortable. I explained I wanted a used car with low miles and low payments. He showed me some cars. I saw a few I wanted to test drive. We went back to his office to fill out paperwork. I was honest with him. I've had some credit issue in the past. I told him I wanted to see if they could work with me. No hard feelings if I couldn't get financed. There's nothing worse than leaving the dealership with a car and having to return it days later. It's never happened to me personally, but I wanted to save myself the embarrassment. Eric reassured me he wouldn't let that happen. I liked how he explained everything. We walked over to the showroom. I waited there while he took my application to his Finance Mgr. I felt like I waited an eternity. He periodically checked in with me, letting me know they were working on the numbers. He said, "We're trying to get you the best deal." I prayed I wasn't wasting mine/his time. I was prepared to hear "No." He came back and told me the best deal was a 2013 Chrysler 200. I was shocked but I know how lenders operate. They prefer to finance newer vehicles. Eric explained the entire dealership and the lender were working on my deal. I felt extra special! He showed me the vehicle. It was beautiful! I sat in it and thought,"I'm not worthy of this car." I didn't want to celebrate just yet. He came back again and told me it looked good but I needed to come up with a down payment. I told him I needed time. I couldn't come up with the full amount in one week. I like how he offered to split up the payments. I was extremely emotional when he told me the car was mine. I was so excited/happy/shocked that I burst into tears and I didn't care who saw me. The Finance Managers, Mike Kaziyev and Wes Kachi were friendly and professional. I left the dealership on "Cloud 9." I also want to thank Jeff Vance for getting my antenna. Sam and Rene in the Parts Department were helpful. I'd like to thank David Garcia in the Service Department for checking the tire pressure. I had two low tires and he had a technician take care of it for me. Thanks again, David. I know you guys were booked solid. Thank you to everyone who worked late to get my deal. You have a customer for life. I absolutely love my car! More

I gave this dealership and excellent rating because thats what it truly deserves. i bought my car in september 2012 and am loving every moment of it.
