When I arrived to the dealer, I was lucky that the next sales rep to approach me was Sam Potres. He was polite and did not put crazy pressure on me. We purchased our 4th Vehicle from Carl Burger Dealership Sunday night. This time a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from our salesman Dave Hall. He was superb!!!! This was the single best car purchasing experience my wife and I have ever had. Hugo, our salesman, conducted himself perfectly - friendly, attentive, low key and zero sales pressure. Then the "sales manager" step was about to happen and the hair on the back of my neck started bristling...unnecessarily, as it turned out, because John Meyer was also outstanding to work with. Wes Kachi did the paperwork/upsell last step, which I've always dreaded....and he was great also - we actually enjoyed the "finance manager" step also. We are also very pleased with the price we paid for the 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. We got to a very attractive price with zero stress created by Hugo and John - none. My wife always stays home and I go buy the car we have selected because she can't stand the car buying experience. I dragged her to Carl Burgers yesterday...and for the first time ever - she enjoyed the process. How sad is it that other dealerships make it so unpleasant for the customer? We will also buy our next car at Carl Burgers...likely a Chrysler 300 SRT8. More

Having to purchase A new car can be a very stressful and time consuming event. Knowing that you have people that would work extremly hard for you is ideal in this situation. I felt very confident in Sonny time consuming event. Knowing that you have people that would work extremly hard for you is ideal in this situation. I felt very confident in Sonny's abilities and trusted him completely to find the right car for my family and I. In previous experiences we had a difficult time with sales representatives making us feel rushed. Never did Sonny rush or make us feel like we had to settle for something else. He worked around the click to get us into the vehicle of our dreams. I have not been this happy about a car since I bought my very first one in 1985 to say the least. I will definitely use him for all and any future purchases. I want to thank all parties responsible for this fantastic new addition in to our lives. More
