Great Service Department I have always had my service done there with all four of our vehicles. My truck has over 250K miles! I realized just how good I have it there when I r I have always had my service done there with all four of our vehicles. My truck has over 250K miles! I realized just how good I have it there when I recently traveled for a holiday and was going to be 500 miles over my oil change. A simple oil change turned out to be a terrible experience with delays, excuses and damage (they snapped off a plastic hose port and 'forgot' to advise me.) I have come to rely on the service and the suggestions of the Service Department and mechanics because I know I can trust them and that's worth everything to me. Thank you to the whole Service Department. More

Problems with 2009 F-150 Lariat Wes and Chuck are consummate professionals. And I have probably been a bit of a pest too regarding my truck that has been problematic for several months now (no fault of theirs). I am pleased with the outcome of my service department visit at Cook County Ford and will continue to trust this service department for all my F-150 issues. This is a top-notch service department for all of South Georgia and well worth the drive from where ever!. More
