Do not buy a car or get your car serviced here ! !! Service department was brought my car in to repair sun roof, and was told they would get back to me the next day with progress, took 3 days for !! Service department was brought my car in to repair sun roof, and was told they would get back to me the next day with progress, took 3 days for them to tell me they were too busy to look at it and it would take another week just to look at it which would cost 300 just for that. When I told them I couldn't wait that look just for them to look at it, they became nasty and obnoxious and told me to take my car right now and don't ever come back. !!! Tried tor each out to the dealership manager, and he would not speak to me or hear me out when I called and visited him. Shows you what they think of customers. Just look at all the other reviews here and you will see I am not alone, there are so many sad stories and reviews about this dump. Terrible customer care with service writers and management in their service department. Dont waste your time or money with this place. Owner needs to implement more employee training and tone down the excuses and lies. Never going back here again! More

I just purchased a certified preowned vehicle a Jeep 2021 renegade. Everything started out just fine. I had a great sales person. Four days later, the car started to give me trouble. 1- There was the jerking renegade. Everything started out just fine. I had a great sales person. Four days later, the car started to give me trouble. 1- There was the jerking motion while I was at a stop sign 2-the car suddenly accelerated on its own while i didn’t press on the gas, and 3-the brakes were grinding. Of course I didn’t want to drive the car because it felt unsafe. I called the dealership and had the car towed to them. The used car sales Director “Wesley”was unprofessional, unapologetic about the situation and offered no solution just excuses. After explaining all this to him, he told me that there were no safety issues with the car and that was even before the car got to their service department. I clearly told him about the car accelerating on its own and the brakes grinding. The car got towed to them on Monday around 5pm. It was 4 o’clock the next day and they had not told me what was wrong with the car. I asked for a loaner which was denied. They basically sold me a LEMON 🍋 and now they are buying time so I cannot return the car and get my money back. Which I have already requested. They claim that this car is a certified car because it went through “”the 125 point inspection”” still there are all these problems with the car. Make it make sense. Today makes it a week since I purchased the car. Please beware. More

The used car manager, Wesley Mancias, is not to be trusted. They sold me a certified preowned truck with a headlight assembly that wasn't sealed prooerly so they had to order a replacement and 2 bent wheels. They are refusing to replace the wheels. When they were replacing the headlight assembly the technician caused $5000 in damage by denting and scratching the body panels and braking fasteners. More
