High highs, but the lowest lows. So when I bought my 2016 Lexus here, i was treated like I was family. Everyone from Alex to David Pyo were so welcoming. Assured me the highest standa So when I bought my 2016 Lexus here, i was treated like I was family. Everyone from Alex to David Pyo were so welcoming. Assured me the highest standards of service, care and treatment. I was promised a full "164 point inspection" and everything. Fast forward 2-3 weeks, and I need new tires, because these had worn down strange and caused a pull. 4 Bent rims, which was a nice surprise and it needed new brakes. Some inspection they did. They took full advantage of someone who was not a mechanic and completely sold me out. I would not advise going and I certainly will not be returning. They don't even return phone calls, voice mails or texts. Unbelievably bad customer service. They should all feel ashamed. More

Doing business with Jimmy Kirchner was the most pleasant and professional experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Great Experience, Easy Going I had a great overall experience at this dealership. Very easy going and no pressure. Best car buying experience I purchased a certified used car today and it was one of the easiest and most relaxed experiences I have had, from start to finish. I researched optio I purchased a certified used car today and it was one of the easiest and most relaxed experiences I have had, from start to finish. I researched options online with their internet representative who was not pushy. Once we arrived at the dealership to test drive one of the cars I selected, the sales represent was awesome. She was down to earth, relaxed, and has a great personality. When it was time to sign paperwork, the finance manager was very helpful, personable, and informative. I would highly recommend this dealership, especially Mrs. Mateo and Mr. David Pyo. More

Bad Experience Very unpleasant and deceptive experience. I exchanged emails with Wesley Paige regarding a pre-owned vehicle they listed on their website. They confirmed by email yesterday that the vehicle was still available and offered to let me test drive it. I called today BEFORE making the ~1 hour drive down to their location, again “Wes” let me know that the car was still available and we arranged a test drive for 2PM. I arrived around 1:45PM and “Wes” was nowhere to be found. I spoke with Karen who apologetically let me know that the car was in fact unavailable and that occasionally “their computers take a few hours to reflect changes to inventory”….. Overall a large waste of time and I will be taking my business elsewhere. More

Stay away One of the worst dealers I have ever encountered. Drove over 50 miles one way to get to the dealer, and prior to driving there I have discussed pricin One of the worst dealers I have ever encountered. Drove over 50 miles one way to get to the dealer, and prior to driving there I have discussed pricing and my trade with Wes and informed him of the long distance travel not to have any surprises. Once I get there I waited almost 15 min just to get sales person that was supposed to be Wes. Turns out to be Jim. He had no clue about any numbers or discussion about the vehicles. Toyota Venza that I was looking into, had very misleading description about the condition advertised. Test drove it and was on the fence of even move forward. Once we started going into numbers, wow was I surprised. I knew about the vehicle history prior to coming in, and every time I said something about the vehicle Jim just tried to cover it up. Didn’t even attempt to work on any numbers that Wes discussed it with me, not even a dollar discount. Didn’t even attempt to make a sale or any effort, like there was line out to door to buy this vehicle or any vehicle there. I was the only one there. I would never ever come back to this dealer even if they gave me a car for free. Stay AWAAAAYYYY More

Dishonest & Decitful !!!! CPO certification & Purchase price was agreed upon for 2018 Sedona for $ 995 and $ 22300 respectively by Wes and Jim, SalesMan. Then they changed the CPO certification & Purchase price was agreed upon for 2018 Sedona for $ 995 and $ 22300 respectively by Wes and Jim, SalesMan. Then they changed the CPO certification price to $ 1295 and wanted to charge Doc Fees of $ 598. Most Dealers charge $ 199- $ 299. Stopped responding to emails and phone calls & sold the Van. The van was advertised as a CPO on edmunds, autotrader, Cargurus and upon agreeing on the purchase price and when asked about CPO, were informed that it was CPO "eligible" and NOT CPO. Thus, we decided to purchase the Certification and they still reneged on the price. More
