They were to give me extra mats that I ask them too for buying the car! My friend had to put window washer cleaner for it was not full! My experience was awesome. I was comfortable and relaxed. I have been to other Toyota dealerships and found them to be less courteous or friendly. I was able to ask questions and believe that the attendees I have been to other Toyota dealerships and found them to be less courteous or friendly.
