I was not impressed at all with the service I received from Luther. I've been in sales for over 20 years, and I could never imagine treating any of my customers the way he treated me. His attitude showed that he really didn't care about me as a customer. Overall, my experience with this dealership was not bad, but based on working with Luther, I honestly can't say that I would recommend it to anyone else (even though my rating gave it an automatic "yes" answer). I will mention the fact that the service department treated me very well. I was very disappointed that I had to bring my used car in for service within only a couple days of purchasing it, due to the engine light coming on, but they did take me without an appointment and got me out within a reasonable time. Wesnar was also very nice to work with. More
