The way Zeck Ford handles the car buying process is indeed different from the typical car dealership. They make it simple and informative so that there are little to no questions left to be asked. Whitney was great to work with on the internet. Ellie was great closing the sale and delivering the vehicle. Both deserve a 10 on a 10 point scale. However the dealer ship showed no respect for their custome great closing the sale and delivering the vehicle. Both deserve a 10 on a 10 point scale. However the dealer ship showed no respect for their customers during the current Covid 19 pandemic. None of the salespeople were wearing masks. Masks are to protect others. In this case others are their customers. My wife and I were very uncomfortable in their building.Had we just been shopping for a vehicle rather than previously agreed to purchase one with Tiffany we would have turned and run.Management should correct this.
