I had a very pleasant experience with Zeck Ford. I felt confident that the vehicle I purchased was an excellent car, supported with documentation from CarFax, Experian, and Service Records. I was very clea confident that the vehicle I purchased was an excellent car, supported with documentation from CarFax, Experian, and Service Records. I was very clear on the process and what to expect. I initially decided to wait on purchasing and the vehicle I wanted to purchase was sold the next day (I opted not to hold it with a non-refundable $500 deductible). But, my salesperson informed me immediately, and we found another vehicle (same model, better color and lower mileage for slightly more). The reason I am giving this dealership a 4 out of 5, is because when I told them I was going to pay cash, I felt serious doubts and concerns from the sales manager. I felt as though he did not believe me. Also, when I chose not to place the $500 down, he said, "So you aren't buying the car?" As if to pressure or shame me. He also asked if my cash check was going to come from a credit union. (???) Furthermore, when I did return and pay cash, he did not smile or even acknowledge me, despite making eye contact several times. Finally, the finance officer was amazing, conversational and polite, but did ask me the same question the sales manager asked - if I was getting outside financing from somewhere else. I feel as though he was directed to ask me that. But, I wasn't and I paid cash for my vehicle. Again, I am very pleased with my car and the service I received from all of the staff members (outside of the sales management experience). I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Zeck Ford, great price, great service, and wonderful inventory.
