I purchased an SUV from sales consultant, Will Roy. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and made the entire experience for me stress free. He never pushed anything on me and allowed me to take all extremely knowledgeable and professional and made the entire experience for me stress free. He never pushed anything on me and allowed me to take all the time I needed to make my decision. He knows the ins and outs of every vehicle I looked at. After choosing, he went above and beyond what I expected of a sales consultant. He then had my trade in looked at and the gentleman was more than fair with the price quoted. I was then taken into finance director, Keith Nickerson who was also very professional and knowledgeable, being sure I understood everything I was signing. I then returned to Will's desk while awaiting my new purchase. Was asked if I wanted coffee or hot chocolate. Who does that. The service department did such a beautiful job cleaning my SUV again, even though it looked awesome already. I drove off with my SUV in two hours after arriving for my appointment with Will. Iam over the moon with my purchase. Thank you so much Will for all you did to make my experience the best I ever had when buying a vehicle. Your awesome! More
