Jannell motors is not your ordinary dealership. You know how you go to other car dealerships to test drive a vehicle and you get so much pressure to buy that you regret going there? They have the best deals and they know it, and they treat you more as a friend than a client who needs to buy. I had done my research, their rebates for the Mustang Mach-E premium were the best and i still got extra assistance! First of all, let’s start by saying that i haven’t met a friendlier team ever, the whole team was amazing, and i was very lucky to have found Charlie Seibert. Charlie spent a very big amount of time with me, listening to what i wanted, and he made it happen! He then spent a lot of time setting up the car with me, we went together one by one all the settings, explaining to me everything and help me with the setup. I then messaged him multiple times and he ALWAYS responded and explained everything immediately. I have never had such an amazing experience in my life and i am buying and changing cars every 3 years. I highly recommend this dealership and I also highly recommend Charlie Seibert. I am going to recommend them to everyone, honestly, if you are out for an amazing Mustang Mach-E (i love the car- i am an ex-tesla owner who switched to Mustang and loves it) or any other Ford car then please check that dealership out ! You will not be disappointed either in the quality of customer service, or the team, or the car deals or the huge inventory they have.!!! Oh! And when you are there, do ‘t forget to ask Charlie to give you a small piece of fresh carrot to treat Lola, the team mascot, the loveliest dog ever :) More
