Communication was terrible. I was sold a vehicle that was missing parts and that was never disclosed to me. Also when my car was having issues and I noticed the sales team they I was sold a vehicle that was missing parts and that was never disclosed to me. Also when my car was having issues and I noticed the sales team they blew me off by saying that it was normal. Fast forward to a month later, suv did have issues and they were fixed. Also communication was terrible. I had to be the one calling in to get updates to get my car in the shoppe. They would promise they were going to schedule something and would call me back with an update but they failed times after time.
