He was able to find an issue with my tire that I was not aware of and took the time to check if I had purchased the tire insurance which covered the new tire. The shuttle driver was equally helpful, I don't recall his name but he was friendly and thoughtful. It is important that your employees feel valued because that ensures great customer service. I would also request that you bring back the chairs for the service employees, they deserve to sit down!!
