I went through the negotiation process with this dealership and the salesman Will, signed papers - agreed on price etc. They agreed to fix the cracked windshield and broken console. While I was waiting for the repairs over a week and with Will calling me daily to assure me it was almost done, they then called me and told me they SOLD the car from under me. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I'd expected better from an official Hyundai dealership. More
