I had an excellent experience at Northside Lexus. I was looking to purchase a Lexus and, after searching online, found two vehicles I was interested in—a black 2024 L/Certified Lexus ES 350 F SPORT a I was looking to purchase a Lexus and, after searching online, found two vehicles I was interested in—a black 2024 L/Certified Lexus ES 350 F SPORT and a white L/Certified 2021 Lexus ES 350. I called the pre-owned vehicle department to schedule a test drive for both vehicles, and William answered the phone. From the very beginning, William was helpful, courteous, professional, and easy to work with. When I arrived at the dealership, William already had both vehicles parked out front and ready for me to test drive. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process, patiently guiding me through each step, answering my questions, and making sure I understood all the details before making my decision.
