In general (industry wide), the car buying process sucks. That being said, in my experience, the people at Brandon Tomes Subaru are an exception, even if the process is flawed. Initially I had an appointment with William, but he was still talking with some customers when we arrived, so Ozzy ended up helping us immediately. I appreciate the dedication to respecting our time. Ozzy was super helpful and friendly, made the whole process a breeze. We haggled a little around trade-in value and total price (included some accessories I wanted that were not included, like the tow package), and reached a reasonable agreement. From there, we went through the financing "ordeal" with Patrick and he made the process as painless as possible, given the industry. We had a bunch of accessories to add (tow package etc.), Ozzy took care of getting all that ordered with the service department and kept in touch with us along the way - once the parts arrived, he got us in a loaner while they were installed, and we got the car back with everything done as-agreed, no hassle! We really like this dealership - they do what they say they are going to do! More
