Your central scheduling told me I had an appointment today. Went in and dealership told me I didn’t. I brought my vehicle back in to fix the rubber molding on my windshield. It was not put back on correctly the last time I brought it in for service work. It was fixed in a timely manner. I dropped off my vehicle on Monday night after 6pm for my appointment on Tuesday morning. I was told that it would be an eight hour job. I asked for a loaner vehicle and I was given one. Late on Tuesday I re appointment on Tuesday morning. I was told that it would be an eight hour job. I asked for a loaner vehicle and I was given one. Late on Tuesday I received a phone call that my vehicle wouldn't be finished. On Thursday at 5pm I received another phone call, this time I was told that my vehicle was ready. I said that we are going to eat dinner and I will pick it up afterwards. The caller didn't tell me that the service department closes at 6pm on Thursday. I assumed that it closed at 7pm like on Monday. When I arrived to my surprise the service department was closed. I was able to return the loaner vehicle and pick up my vehicle it just was more inconvenient for me. More
