She could tell if I had a question before I even thought to ask it - she's great at reading people and that's so important when making a large purchase like this. I felt like I had a partner, not just a sales agent. Same goes for William, who was able to discern exactly what I was looking for by only asking a few questions. Again, no pressure, which is super important to me. By the way, all salespeople were friendly and accommodating, whether you're their direct customer, or someone else's. I highly recommend this dealership - they are all AWESOME. More
