Went to dealership to verify replacement of battery still under Toyota warranty.Had to "fight" for warranty- service wanted a receipt? yet battery has a sticker of installed date and was purchased at their d under Toyota warranty.Had to "fight" for warranty- service wanted a receipt? yet battery has a sticker of installed date and was purchased at their dealership. Saw car in service area and before 10am tech drove it back to front. I waited to be called and after 15minutes went to service area. Advisor stated he did not do the invoice yet. Did not finish until 10:30 -unnecessary waste of MY time. More

This was my first visit after the dealership reopened with Covid-19 precautions. I certainly felt safe with all of the adjustments they put into place: markings on the floor to identify appropriate socia with Covid-19 precautions. I certainly felt safe with all of the adjustments they put into place: markings on the floor to identify appropriate social distance, plexiglass barriers around the desks, face masks inside, and outdoor seating if needed. And the service experience was top notch as always. More

In the past, we've always had a good experience but this time was not the same; we were disappointed. I asked one of the associates if my car was ready and he barely answered me while walking away. When I got there, I told them what I needed which included a tire rotation. After waiting, they told me I needed a tire rotation and ended up waiting over an hour more for them to do that. I told them from the beginning that I needed one. It was as if they ignored me. Very disappointed. My appointment was at 8:30 and I did not leave until after 1pm. More
