I couldn’t have better things to say about the crew at Herb Chambers of Danvers. I specifically worked with Travis, Jason & Lucas during the buying process and Will during closing. This was my first time leasing and they made what is often a stressful experience completely seamless. Throughout the entire process, they were responsive, transparent, knowledgable, patient and understanding. I never once felt rushed or pressured to move quickly or increase my budget. Travis (GM) treated me like more than just a customer, going out of his way to make conversation, ask about upcoming trips I had mentioned during a previous visit, and always offering snacks/water. Jason (Sales/Leasing Consultant) was extremely knowledgeable and patient during my numerous test drives and very communicative from start to finish. He is thorough and made sure I had everything I needed at all times - he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Lucas (Sales GM) was responsive and flexible to all of my needs and didn’t complain once about the dozens of quotes I requested. He ultimately found the car I ended up leasing in their inventory (a custom order another customer didn’t end up wanting) and I was thrilled. Finally, Will (Business/Finance Manager) made the paperwork part of this process seamless, while still explaining each component to me so I knew what to expect. All in all, the team made my experience a very positive one (with quite a few laughs along the way) and I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone. You will not be disappointed! More

They only care to sell the cars. Once you get the car their customer service is xxxx. I made an appointment in advance and Zouhair was my sales consultant. He was fantastic from the start. He is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly. Herb Chambers honored the price of the vehicle as advertised on the internet. And they provided the highest trade in value for my 2009 wrangler. I knew what it was worth and glad i was not “low balled” like some other dealerships. I came back to pick up my new wrangler and was tied up because of my insurance company. I wanted to keep my plates and unfortunately the insurance company could not get their act together. It took hours to receive the binder and correct rmv form. Zouhair was more than patient and stayed on top of the insurance company throughout the day. The staff at Herb Chambers was upfront about their pricing, incentives, the value of my trade in, and financing versus leasing options. I was going to use my own credit union but Will managed to get me a lower rate which I gladly accepted. Zouhair treated me with the utmost respect and understands that honesty is the most important part of customer service. More
