Very dissatisfied. Took it in for a noise coming from the front. They looked it over and told me my wheel bearing was bad which I thought was it. But then they said I had severe corrosive on my oil cooler lines. They should have caught that a while ago if it was that bad. They look over the underside when they do an oil change.. Very disappointed. More

Had my car towed in for a second time due to transmission issues. The first time they had it for two week. I got it back for approx 2 weeks then it failed the second time. When it was towed in they had it f issues. The first time they had it for two week. I got it back for approx 2 weeks then it failed the second time. When it was towed in they had it for 4 weeks before they found out what was wrong. Then 2 more weeks for parts to be delivered. I thought it was TERRIBLE hiw long it took them to Diagnose and fix the issue. More

Had to have my car in three times before it was actually fixed. The first time I waited two weeks for a part and when I called to check in on it the advisor I spoke with said the part had been there for 8 fixed.
