Sales managers are truly caring and listen when you talk . Manager Scott is very kind and truly genuine when it comes to premier customer service that he provides. We happen to run across a young man Pete who is a mechanic at Kia. Even thou not his job was able to answer our service questions and ensure we were buying a reliable forte for our daughter. Thanks to the General Manager of Kia Dallas that had created a culture of customer service that is often overlooked by other dealerships . We will be back !!!! More
