This review is in regards to my dealings with William (I give him 5 stars) but before I get into that I will address why I only gave the Service Center 3 stars. I’ve been a returning customer to Ferman for give him 5 stars) but before I get into that I will address why I only gave the Service Center 3 stars. I’ve been a returning customer to Ferman for quite a few years. Every service that has been done on my Ford since I bought it has been with Ferman and I’ve always been somewhere between Satisfied and Happy with the service that was completed. However, this last service, I was very surprised and shocked at the lack of professionalism, craft/work done, and attention to detail. This is why I gave the ‘Service Center/Service Technicians’ 3 stars, it was almost only 2 stars. William, the Service Center Assistant Manager, gets 5 Stars from me. William portrays exemplary qualities in customer service. I had multiple issues with my vehicle and William was attentive and understanding of my concerns and frustration. His actions showed his concern and professionalism towards ensuring what needed to be corrected was done. He also showed both empathy and thoughtfulness toward my thoughts and feelings on the situation, he is genuine, good-natured, and a pleasure to work with. I feel this is something lacking in customer service these days so this was encouraging to see. William’s attention to duty and detail reflects on who he is. I believe all of this is clearly why he is of Manager-status among the Ford ranks; he puts the effort into going above and beyond. Returning my vehicle to me, washed and cleaned, was another great show of his character and his duty/respect towards customer service professionalism. Thank you, William, if I decide to further my business with Ferman, you will be the Service Representative I work with. More
