William , one of the service reps really knocked the ball out of the park. Good job sir. I was surprised at how efficient this service department really worked. Besides the Assistant Service Manager calling me back and telling me to come in and they would take care of me when i get back to town. Had to leave town due to health issues. So yes, my car that i just pai telling me to come in and they would take care of me when i get back to town. Had to leave town due to health issues. So yes, my car that i just paid 510 dollars for, when I went in for a oil change and have breaks looked at due to a recall. Yes I'm not happy with Ford. But am happy with my call back from ASM calling me back. Thanks Will More
