Had the Mach-E windshield recall and chose Ferman Ford because they have an on-site body shop. I had a ding in the door and they also took care of that too. Worst service ever. Ferman had my car for over 5 months and put over 250 miles on it and did not fix my issue. Service manager was extremely rude.
