Mr. William Ploetz is a class act - knowledgeable, considerate, fair. Royal Kia gave me a very fair trade-in for a 2019 vehicle in good shape. Buying a new car in today’s economy came with some hesitancy but overall I’m very happy I went to Royal Kia and I’m confident they’ll take good care of me moving forwards. More
