We appreciate the service that William provided to us during our car buying experience. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle models we were interested in. William was friendly, had a good sense of humo during our car buying experience. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle models we were interested in. William was friendly, had a good sense of humor, and was not pushy, which we truly appreciated. He didn't try to get us to buy on the spot, but set up an appointment for a few days later in the week. This gave us time to do more research, and discuss it at home without any stress. William made the whole process pleasant. He also followed up with us after the deal was completed.
