The salesman Bill Pellagini was honest and very knowledgeable about the Ford Explorer that we were interested in. The usual back and forth between the salesman and the GM who is usually behind an unapproachable counter never happened. In fact just the opposite happened GM Bill Roderick was upfront and honest about the whole trade in and deal. We never haggled, it was amazing in under one hour we had come to an agreement and on our way to switch from Chevy to Ford, First time ever for me. Then when I picked the car up Andy Clark was able to synch my phone, and give me a quick tutorial on the electronics on the car which with me was a huge help getting me started. We are from Stoneham Ma, we have a Ford dealer in our town, and believe me the trip to Hanover was worth it. More

In April I bought a brand new 2013 Focus. As I hit 5,000 miles I had already needed a transmission. I was not a happy camper. I took the car back to Jannell and brought it to the service department. I dealt mostly with Andrew and he was so amazing and took time and effort in helping me. While my car was being fixed he was always keeping in touch with me to keep me up to date with the on goings. When I got my car back I continued to have problems. I DID NOT once blame Jannell as the car came from the manufacture and was obviously just the "runt" of the lot. As my problems continued Jannell stood by me and my car and helped me greatly. Jannell worked with me in helping me with a new car and I couldn't be happier. They all went above and beyond in helping me. William Roderick was my number one helper in dealing with my problems. I would recommend Jannell to anyone because they stand by everything and are always there to help you. They make buying or leasing a car or truck a pleasant easy hassle free experience. Service repair is also amazing in keeping you informed and helping you stay safe while on the road! Jannell will always be my come to for a new vehicle! Thank you to all! Everyone is amazing!!!! Came to the Jannell dealership just before the Christmas holiday. Although they didn't have a 2013 Ford Escape in the color and options I wanted, Mr William Roderick located one at another dealer that fit holiday. Although they didn't have a 2013 Ford Escape in the color and options I wanted, Mr William Roderick located one at another dealer that fit the bill. Unfortunately before a transfer could be arranged the car was sold. Undaunted, a new search was initiated and in a few days a second car was found at another dealership. Almost at the speed of light the car was delivered to Jannell Ford, cleaned up, made ready, paperwork done, registration, plates, ownership transferred etc. All this right before and during holiday preparation time by all including me. Hats off to everybody at Jannell Ford, especially to John Kendrick who took care of all the little things and returned all of my phone calls with all of my dumb questions. John spent a good deal of time before I left with the new car explaining and showing me all of the switches, buttons gadgets and do-dads,and helped download phone contacts into Ford Sync even showed my how to use Voice Commands in the new toy.
