Job well done. I usually feel sick when I go to a car dealership. Not so at Jannell. From the moment I started dealing with Joe, the attitude was not "what do I ha I usually feel sick when I go to a car dealership. Not so at Jannell. From the moment I started dealing with Joe, the attitude was not "what do I have to do I get you in this truck" but instead "how can we serve you". Everyone went the extra mile to make me, my wife, and even my son comfortable around the process. Even though I was prepared to buy a truck off the lot without navigation, Jay overheard me talking to Joe and right away found one for me at another dealership with what I wanted. He didn't have to do that and I wouldn't have known. Kathy was a true professional to deal with as well. Thanks to the team for all of your efforts. More

Service Dept. has been outstanding! Jannell's service department has been excellent!. Extremely efficient, fast turnarounds and great communication. Fees have been very reasonable. It's refreshing to not be pressured into services that may not be totally necessary. When you check-in/check-out, you are treated with respect and they go above and beyond to answer your questions and address any of my concerns about my vehicle. Shawn in service has been great. Thnaks Ed Clark and Bill Roderick I contacted Jannell Ford after my 85 year old mother had turned in a leased vehicle and purchased another 3 year lease on a new Ford Focus. There was I contacted Jannell Ford after my 85 year old mother had turned in a leased vehicle and purchased another 3 year lease on a new Ford Focus. There was some minor damage to the front end of the vehicle in which she turned in. Ford sent a bill for the damage in excess of $800. I spoke with Ed Clarke who was very helpful in helping us contact the necessary people to speak with. To make a long story longer, both Ed Clark and the General Manager of Jannell Ford looked the matter for us for several days. Thanks to their professionalism and assistance we did not have to remit a payment for the minor damage. Greatly appreciated. We would definitely recommend Ed Clark and Jannell Ford to our friends and family. More

Great experience, even though we didn't buy....yet. We went in hoping to trade in our 2013 Explorer on a 2016 Expedition. At first we were alarmed at the low trade in offer. They produced an auto check We went in hoping to trade in our 2013 Explorer on a 2016 Expedition. At first we were alarmed at the low trade in offer. They produced an auto check report that showed the Explorer had been in 2 accidents before we bought it as a CPO vehicle. They took the time to demonstrate to us how the accidents hurt the value, and that due to worn tires and other issues, dealership 1 shouldn't have sold it as a CPO vehicle. We can't expect them to absorb the loss we took as a result of dealership 1's apparent dishonesty. They also took the time to show us a used alternative that would have helped ease our burden getting out of the Explorer. They were sympathetic to our situation. More

Brand and Dealership Loyalty Earned Yesterday I expected a brief visit for scheduled maintenance, but it was extended when it turned out my 2011 Fusion SEL needed front brakes. While I Yesterday I expected a brief visit for scheduled maintenance, but it was extended when it turned out my 2011 Fusion SEL needed front brakes. While I had the time, I walked the lot to see what might be there that was newer but low mileage. Back in the Sales Office I sat with Jack Bresnahan to go over options that might allow for a newer SEL and perhaps lower payments. We reviewed new car pricing as well. As we were looking at a few possibilities in the lot, and not finding anything of interest, he ran into a 2015 Fusion Titanium with 23,345 miles the general manager was driving. Within an hour or so the paperwork was done and it was exactly what I was looking for. In the past the numbers didn't allow for the jump, but all of a sudden everything fit and the car is great and is fully loaded; in fact, beyond what I expected. The entire process was nicely handled, including the financing paperwork with Joanne Hudson. Very pleased and only paying about $9.00 a month more for huge upgrade. More

Customer service is excellent!!! I went to Jannelle Ford to check out the 2012 Kia Optima sx and after just a few hours it was all mine! The salesman Bill Pellagini was honest and very knowledgeable about the Ford Explorer that we were interested in. The usual back and forth between the salesman and the GM who is usually behind an unapproachable counter never happened. In fact just the opposite happened GM Bill Roderick was upfront and honest about the whole trade in and deal. We never haggled, it was amazing in under one hour we had come to an agreement and on our way to switch from Chevy to Ford, First time ever for me. Then when I picked the car up Andy Clark was able to synch my phone, and give me a quick tutorial on the electronics on the car which with me was a huge help getting me started. We are from Stoneham Ma, we have a Ford dealer in our town, and believe me the trip to Hanover was worth it. More
