The staff not only was courteous and kind but very understanding of my situation. They really did go above and beyond to put me in the vericle i wanted and very much needed. It's rare, but this dealership almost has created it's own mission statement on not only quality business(cars) but also a quality experience in dealing with it's customers. I am still in awe and through fortunate events was able to come back for a second time for a second vehicle (2010 Acura) and it was like I was here for the first time. Low and behold that's exactly how my purchase experience occurred. Nothing more or added surprises.
