Cabraswell7 I like to apologize for your experience when visiting our Porsche dealership. Not sure if the day you visit and the date of your response submission are the same. However a few of the Sales team members you tag in your response were not here on the day of your submission. The reason why some of the employees mentioned were not present is because I mentioned everyone on the sales team. No one got up, so I included everyone. I literally walked in the dealership twice , several salesman looked at me but didn’t acknowledge I was there, I even turned around at the door, a responded , I guess no one wants to sell a Porsche today. I was in business for 40 yrs, owned three businesses, if I had seen a potential customer treated in this manner I would have fired every one at that location that had seen the customer........the absolute worst case of customer service I have ever experienced, or observed in my 63 hrs !!!
